Our team of highly skilled and experienced physiotherapists use clinical pilates as a key part of our treatment approach. Clinical pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on core stability, posture, balance and control. It is a safe and effective way to rehabilitate from injury, as well as to prevent future injuries. We offer one-on-one sessions with a physiotherapist who will tailor a clinical pilates program to suit your individual needs. We also offer small group classes, so you can exercise in a supportive and motivating environment.

Our Mummy Physio services are tailored to support new and experienced mothers as they restore their physical well-being and regain strength.
We address common postpartum concerns: Core and pelvic floor strengthening, posture correction and realignment, relief from back, neck, and shoulder pain, c-section or episiotomy scar management and assistance with diastasis recti.

BABY PHYSIO
We take a gentle, baby-led approach to physiotherapy, guiding you on how to encourage your baby’s natural movement patterns and meet developmental milestones.
Baby Physio can assist with: developmental delay, motor skills and coordination, head shape and neck mobility (e.g., managing torticollis), early intervention for muscular or neurological concerns.

PRE & POST NATAL
Our Pre and Postnatal Physio services are designed to support mothers through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
Our services include: Alleviation of lower back, hip, and pelvic pain, managing swelling, circulation, and fluid retention, breathing and pelvic exercises for a smoother delivery, reducing musculoskeletal strain and improving posture.
6 WEEKS POSTNANTAL MOT
The 6-Week Postnatal MOT at Nova PhysiFit is specially designed to support mothers in their recovery after giving birth. This assessment, conducted around six weeks postpartum, allows our physiotherapists to identify how well your body is healing and to guide you on the best path forward.
Our 6-Week Postnatal MOT includes:
Pelvic floor assessment to check for strength and any signs of prolapse
Evaluation of abdominal muscles to assess for diastasis recti (abdominal separation)
Postural alignment and core stability check to address any postural changes from pregnancy and baby care
Scar management for those who’ve had a C-section or episiotomy
Gentle exercises to aid in restoring strength, flexibility, and function
